If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sai Samarth De Addiction Center.
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to saisamarthdeaddiction.com, accessible from                                           https://saisamarthdeaddiction.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights: 
You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched, provided you give a valid reason. We ship all orders within 1 to 2 days unless a different time frame is communicated. To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us with a clear statement. You can do this by:
- Sending an email to care@saisamarthdeaddiction.com with the subject "Cancel my order no #......" (insert your order number/ID in place of the dots).

We cannot issue a refund if your cancellation email does not reach us before your order is dispatched. If eligible for cancellation, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the order. Please note, a deduction of 2.36% for UPI, cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, and wallet transactions, and 3.54% for EMI transactions will be applied to cover the payment gateway's transaction fees.
Conditions for Returns:
As the Goods in your order is prescribed medicine made in small batches, it is non-returnable.
However, in a rare event of -
1.    Item/s missing from a sealed package
2.    Item/s damaged in a sealed package
You can contact us through email or mobile number and we’ll resolve your issue.
We recommend you followings in order to make your ordering experience with us better:
1.    Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is tampered or seal is opened. Take a photo of such parcel for proof purpose and do not accept it.
2.    Make video while opening your order’s outer packaging. It helps us a lot in resolving your issues at the earliest and effectively.
3.    Do Not share delivery OTP (One time password) unless your order is delivered in your hands and it is completely intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
In rare events as mentioned above, if we approve your return as a part of resolution for the issue you faced, We’ll create the reverse shipment with your delivery address as pickup address for it, if reverse shipment facility is available from out courier partner for your location.
In case reverse shipment is not available at your location, You’ll have to ship product to Our below mentioned address. In this case, You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us, unless mentioned specifically. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
